I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with a great view, superb sized bathroom, large and comfortable beds, and a good-sized balcony. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of beds and fast service at the bar serving all kinds of drinks, including San Miguel on draft, all while overlooking the sea. On the downside, the location wasn't as nice as some nearby towns, like Portocolon and Porto Cristo.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view and a superb sized bathroom. However, the layout might cause some delays as I spent more time queuing than enjoying my holiday. The pool area was enjoyable with fast service at the bar for all-inclusive guests, but the decor feels very dated.

While the rooms may feel a bit old and could benefit from better fans or air conditioning, the overall experience is still enjoyable, especially with the fantastic sea view and all-inclusive service at the bar. However, some staff members, particularly during departure, were not as friendly as expected.
